Dear Jerry & Judy,

I so appreciate all your kindness regarding my anxiety over our home. I am placing my trust in you, as your requested. I know you will do your best to preserve our home and my sanity as well.

I recently experienced a water and mold situation at my home. Two rooms were flooded, there was much water damage and quite a bit of mold. Jerry and his crew came in and did a great job. They were very professional and took care of the mold situation in a timely fashion.

It was like having some friends come in and help me in a time of need. In fact, Jerry and I are still friends long after the mold situation was corrected.

When we contacted our insurance company and they recommended your company to clean the mold, mildew, and the water damaged wall and cabinets we did not know what to expect. We imagined a mess that when we returned from our vacation would be unbelievable. Your company and employees were truly professional.

The pictures sent to us almost daily showed the dedication of your company has toward their customers. Not only was every concern we had about our home taken care of but, the way your company took care of our home was great.

When we arrived home it was spotless. You took down our kitchen cabinets, our kitchen walls, and our family room and dining room walls there was not one spot of dust anywhere. Our home was as clean as ever could be expected.

We think one testament to the job you did was when one of our friends stopped to look at what had been done she commented "I wonder if they hire out to clean homes because I would hire them in a minute."

"I just wanted to write to tell you how happy I am with the service you all provided. The water damage to our house may have seemed minor to some, but it was a huge concern of mine since it was in my children's rooms and I actually saw some mold! You were cautious in your diagnosis and your treatment of the situation was exceptional. I had peace of mind during the entire restoration and repair process because of your and your staff's professionalism.

What is truly remarkable is that as picky as I am, you addressed every repair that I wanted done! I know you went above and beyond our contracted work and that these small repairs did not even appear in my final bill. I felt comfortable with you, your staff, and those who you subcontracted in my house during these repairs. Never did I wonder about my house and possessions. And you and your staff checked in with me over and over and over again to make sure everything was getting done to my satisfaction!

If ever I need any home repairs again, you will be the first I call - even if it's not a service you can provide, I know that I can trust you to guide me in the right direction! Thanks again so much for treating my house as if it were your own."
